It wasn't thaat bad! It's just that I wasn't happy with the makeup and the hair-do. I mean, it's good, just doesn't suit me. AND THE MAKE UP ARTIST GUY CHEATED US OF A BIG EVIAN WATER BOTTLE. ASSHOLE.
Gladys, Vana and I met up early to get our brows done (Mom's unhappy with how it looks though)!
Joan's kor was really nice. He took care of everything for us, the towels, the room, everything. When we went up to the room, we literally jumped for joy cos it was bigger than expected!
and there were tv channels of every language! almost.
I gaped when I saw the make up artist we had booked. He was. He looked beng(his face and the tummy) the rest of him looked gay. So from then on, I had a bad feeling.
Overall, I would say that the make up and hair was well done! Just overdone. I think Michelle and Joan looked the best out of all of us. but the man's students were really friendly and it was wonderful having them. We were kinda freaked out by the tranny though. :S She's hot, just that she has a man's voice. LOL.
After make-up, we rushed to Taka to get Hollywood Tape and me, CONTACTS. OMG. It was a very traumatic experience, trying to touch (and rub) your eyeball! I took really long to get it in and out. :S They cost $40 though!:D but i've yet to buy the container and saline liquid thing. The contacts didn't have estique (sp?) so I still couldn't really see throughout the night. :(

The dinner. The first part was boring, honestly. 4C1 kept snagging away all the lucky draw prizes! and INEZ won a Nintendo DS wthck! I WANT IT! The top prize, an acer notebook, went to. i forgot. HEH.
A lot of people couldn't recognise me at all! esp Mdm Kuan and Mr Lee omg. :\ and Eunice. D; But Ms Seow (and Mdm Kuan) complimented me! :D
Congrats to Silvana who won Ms Crescentian 2009! :D:D:D She crapped the whole way through. "I think what would really describe me, is SPECIAL. Firstly, my name. Secondly, my accent" HAHAHAHA. Special Silvana. How about that?! She had the honour of dancing with the best dressed teacher, of course! MR CHNG! LOL. That was hilarious. XD
The highlight of the event was the dancing! The group of us danced to funky tunes like Low, I gotta feeling, etc. It was awesome. XD After that, Ling, Joan, Gladys, Vana and I walked along Orchard Road to cam whore. LOL Gladys is the proest. She lasted the longest. Even at 5am she was still enthu about taking photos! Crazy girl.
There were people smoking outside Prada. Haha they were laughing at us when we were taking these photos. LOL.

OH YES. HEELS KILL. I don't understand why people like to wear heels! Just because they look good in them?! They cause health problems and hurt your feet omg. I think the whole level was wearing heels. Every one of us. :\
After lots of tau poking, cam whoring, trying to catch glimpses of the meteor shower(me), pigging out, and singing, and not brushing our teeths, we finally went to sleep. That was. around 6am. LOL.
For once, Ling Ling's retardedness did good! LOL. she wrote "Interested? Call me at 83335434" on a piece of paper and left it on the bedside table. She wrote it again, after i tore the first one into pieces. The same day, after we checked out, someone from housekeeping called to tell me that i had left an earring in the hotel room. LOL. Sorry, Cherry, it was really small! hard to spot! So i had to go back to collect it. They lost it again though, apparently. :(
All in all, it was definitely memorable! I guess it was my first stay-cation too! We used up 4 cameras? :D and took about idk, a least 500 pix. HAHA AWESOME!

Today, i bought my first ever pair of high heels. I'm the only person i know that still doesn't know how to wear heels! omg. haha I'm gonna practice over the next few days and on tuesday, i will NOT walk like a duck. :D my feet are gonna die. :S Anyway, the heels are black and shimmery silver. not sure if it matches my dress though. yikes! I have a feeling my outfit for prom night will be weird. :S
It feels great to be on msn, and to be shopping again! i love vivo! XD Lydia and I saw lotsa cool coats and boots in Zara and Wintertime. I'm rreaaallly tempted to buy them! but I already have a coat. damn:( i might get the boots though! :DDDDD Oh, I saw Wei Zhe at vivo! He looks REALLY different with his new black framed specs. Typical NS guy! Couldn't recognise him at all.

After the paper, Azalea and i went to Island creamery to reserve a cake! Cant wait to eat it. and I met Gladys at BB before going to Orchard. Surprisingly, I bumped into Yi Ci! so i passed him his thumbdrive and I didn't have to meet him at night. ahah. Anyway, Gladys got hit on! LOL damn funny =X
Vana joined us and we all went dress shopping(: The first few shops was way too ex. :( At least $500+ for a dress. So, we went to Far East, where we found a wonderful shop! Dress Me Up. They had over 300+ dresses, though half of them were meant for weddings. :\ haha I found one I was really comfortable in! but G&S said it was too sweet for the theme. -.- The closest one that i wore to the theme was this red hot lacy one? But it was too loud LOL. I wouldn't mind wearing it actually! Just that all the teachers would be there, looking at all of us. haha!
Vana and I finallyfinallyfinally bought our new wallets! Mine's a long brown Ripcurl one while hers is a grey small one. I'm not really used to the brown one though, cos all my past wallets have been pink, xept for one red one, a purple one and an olive green one which Cherry got for me. LOL.
I loved the stuff at Pull and Bear though i had no monehhh:( really liked this leather jacket (at least i think it's leather!) for $129 bucks. Haha. and sil got a really nice bag. :D I reached home at like 10.30.
I had a really weird dream last night! That there was this dude telling my bro and I to join his league or sth or he'd kill 40 people? and then we were at some water park. and we were sort of running away from him. LOL. and Liye was in my dream. O.o

Monday was Teachers' Day! One of my most anticipated days of the year.

Gladys' performance was awesome! Haha first time seeing her dress like that! she looked funky with the vest, shorts, and fedora(: and the impersonations of teachers were damn accurate and hilarious! LOL esp the teachers' reactions. The most bimbo one was of Mr Chng. haha but it's so true. XD
Went back to PEPS! I'm one of the few in my class to actually still go back to pri sch la wthck. but what to do, haha i like the people there. (aww!)

Sigh though the celebrations this year were not as good - the atmosphere wasnt really there, well i still enjoyed it! Who wouldn't, its a day without lessons! :D
It started off rather horribly though. They had a spot check -.- and I got caught for shoes. :\ and cos vana and i were at the end of the line, our names got taken down. Some of them escaped luhh wthck! It's really stupid. Why follow the school rules for attire when you're not even wearing school uniform?! D:
Anw, The band played! which made me miss band a lott. Although i still think that they need to project a LOT more, they werent too bad. XD the saxy saxophone soli was smooth.
This year they didn't really play all the NDP music videos, but they played Don't Forget the Lyrics! so it was hard singing a long cos they kept stopping. :\ Anyway, the NDP songs really work though, they really instill a sense of patriotism in people. (although the china scholars were bored to death and sleeping)
Mr Muthi represented our class for the walking signboard competition! So kind of him. Our signboard wasn't as outstanding as the rest though, feel kinda bad for Mr Muthi. HEH.

Went to Sentosa with Gladys and Vana today. we just chilled, ate, tanned, ate, talked, ate and now i'm all red. Haha, i swear the juniors were stalking us! They almost pushed us into the water. HAHA cos of the dares we did. :D Vana ruined their group shot, and i did the dare that Cherry came up with. I didnt have the guts to go up to this group of guys, so i went up to these 2 girls. :D HAHA and i told her off, pretending that i was her lesbo girlfriend and she was cheating on me. -.- haha she was so shocked. LOL bet she thinks im crazy. Oh, no thanks to Jocelyn who backed out on u! D:
Shopped at vivo after that. haha some random shopkeepers were like wondering whether it was a school hol since there were so many teens around.

Iran won 2-0 haha. it was the first soccer match i've actually watched. D: and it was awesome!
At first the ball kept going out, and China seemed to have a strong possession over the ball, but in the end Iran still won(:
The China dude in front of us was fun to watch haha cos his reactions were really big. LOL.
Ahh don't want to go back to school tmr.:( I have a desk with a beehive to look forward to, LESSONS, and more work. awesome. Suddenly i dont really care which school i get into anymore. :\ Why compete in this rat race and torture myself. Physics paper was today. One of the questions appeared in Cherry's prelim booklet thing! but i still didnt know how to do it. How awesome is that. Also, i changed my answer to the wrong one like at the last second. #$*#$(^$

AHHHHH MID YEARS! the dread. and suffering.
So far, i've only taken 3 papers - E maths 2, geog 1, a maths 2. The worst was A MATHS. i spent the whole of ytd cramming all the formulas and stuff, and today, i still didn't know how to do a lot of questions. Thankfully, Rosy taught me how to do some trigo qn and it came out! :D THANKS ROSY! (doubt she'd see this)

Went for the ACJC band concert today, it was really worth it. (: The songs they played were awesome. idk how they could still manage to play so well after so many tiring pracs! i mean, wont they be worn out? I guess thats the diff between their standard and mine. D:

Their repertoire was uhm really different from what cgssb would play. haha loved most of the songs they played!

Whoo omg i just realised i haven' blogged in ages! :O
The holidays have been pretty laidback so far!
FRIDAY! went for PLAYMAX, where we really played to the max with Gladys, Vana, Suat Ying, and her schmate. ahah okay not really. I didnt have much time to spend there, so we just went to extrememax, where we played volleyball on the big float thing against our juniors, shooting, and the futsal thing where we had to strap ourselves to poles to restrict our movement, kinda like the machine where you grip the handles to move the row of football players?
Watched a play after that at Stagemax. it was hilarious! the kungfu guy always goes like "YOU MUST DO YOUR BEST, COS I. AM. THE. BEST." while dong his trademark pose.LOL. and they were giving away B&J vouchers! D: but i didnt get any. :(
Cybermax was jaw-dropping. HAHA there were like 5 wiis, 10 xbox 360, and loads of computers. X) we played the strength-o-meter thing on the wii. I got Buttercup! Gladys got Bruiser. Forgot what vana got!Grandma?!
Played tennis on the xbox with vana and gladys. HAHA i was this Borg guy, while they were Federer. :\ i think i lost. :S
We payed like 10 bucks for all that, plus a free pasta mania/Superdog lunch. :D HAHA. Oh, Zanita and Joshua were ther too. and i bought a purple tee for $5. Its cheap, but then again, not very stretchable. :\
I had to rush down to BB after that for dental, and the cab driver was really weird, talking to me about. all sorts of stuff. haha OH YEAH had my crown taken out, or "de-throned", according to cherry. and got the tooth trimmed. so now it's half its size. :S have to put a new crown on sun!
SATURDAY
CIP! Not Flag Day, like all the other suckers did, we helped out at this family day at the Bottle Tree Park! :D
Though the sun was like draining the energy from us, we still had loads of fun!
I helped out with one games station, where adults had to SUFFERRR MUAHAHA. They had to use their mouths to fish out mentos from the flour. haha all their faces were white after that. XD COOL RIGHT. Met some really interesting people, like this guy who kept comlaining it was unhygienic. and this other woman who kept insisting the plates of marbles were of diff distances away, so it was unfair. SO she took out her measuring tape to prove her point. wtshit right. haha.
After games, we just chilled at the ice cream booth. haha and Loyang Pri School Band performed, which really brought back memories. :S Their band u was like PEPS', and they played songs like Kids Klassix (the very first song i played in band), xiao ren wu de xin sheng, Big fun in the Sun, and YMCA, which we danced to. HAHA. we talked to the percussionists. They were like what, only p3?! LOL.
MONDAY
There was a primary school outing at Sentosa, which my mom didnt allow me to go, cos exams are next week. SO, at night, i told my mom that i had to go vivo to get sth, and maybe i could see them la.
Cherry and i only arrived there at like, 8.30? HEH cos i took so long to get ready. and by the time we reached there, they were all leaving! :( i felt embarassed, dont know why either, so whenever we met a group of them leaving, i'd just turn my head as far as i can the other way, hoping they wont recognise us. BUT THEY DID. :S both groups of them. and Cherryyyy was waving like mad, so that didn't help! Hah, awesome now they all think we're damn dao.
ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, cherry and i bought Joseph's present, and cam-whored with her handphone, even on the bus. LOL. well i had fun. :D
REGRETS: not going for Green Camp, not studying enough, and not going for the Sentosa outing. SUCKK

WHOO i'm dead beat.
Spent my whole day at ACJC today. I had a great time there! Haha. Let's see. Yi Ci, Cherry, Pratheesh went. aand the CGSSB girls. and i was Amanda Tan! She still remembers who i am after what, like 7 years? Oh. Tian Ji was there too. and Shina and the FMB people. :D
Basically, it was just playing loads of ice breaker games, an amazing race thing, followed by sectionals and combined. We kinda embarassed ourselves by doing the forfeits. HAHA like lying down on the floor and flopping like a fish, yelling "IM A FISH!"? LOL.
Combined was awesome! I think there were about 100 people in the band room? Haha, we played 2 pieces - Spaceship yamagato i think, and Shotmo! or sth like that. They were really fun pieces, and a little challenging, but i still couldn't play the whole 2 pieces properly by the end of the prac. Haha oh well. Played half a solo with Theo. haha. OH AND CHERRY PLAYED A SOLO WITH ZHIHAO! LOLLLLL. Mrs Chua seemed really cheerful today though. o.o WTH CHERRY MISTOOK HER FOR A _______ AT FIRST WTHWHWTH CHERRY. I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU. :(
Anyway, the saxophone section was uh. made up of rather crazy people. Haha. I guess they're friendly. and pro. OH man i have got to start playing louder. :\ but looks like i won't have much chance to practice anymore since i've alr stepped down. :(
